About This Project
QUICK AND EASY:
- Add 1-2 tsp of your favorite mushroom powder into your daily smoothie recipe.
SMOOTHIE
Add these ingredients to your blender:
- ½ cup of dairy or nut milk
- 1 tsp Fun Earth Morning Routine (or mushroom powder of choice)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, or a combination)
- ½ of a frozen banana cut into chunks
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (we use Transparent Labs)
- Desired toppings: sliced fruit (mango, peach, kiwi, banana), chia or hemp seeds, coconut flakes, granola, a drizzle of honey
- Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth. Pour into a cup or bowl, arrange desired toppings.
Delicious, but you may need to brush your teeth before you go out after 😉
