Berry Blast Smoothie

About This Project

QUICK AND EASY:

  • Add 1-2 tsp of your favorite mushroom powder into your daily smoothie recipe.

SMOOTHIE
Add these ingredients to your blender:

  • ½ cup of dairy or nut milk
  • 1 tsp Fun Earth Morning Routine (or mushroom powder of choice)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, or a combination)
  • ½ of a frozen banana cut into chunks
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (we use Transparent Labs)
  • Desired toppings: sliced fruit (mango, peach, kiwi, banana), chia or hemp seeds, coconut flakes, granola, a drizzle of honey
  • Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth. Pour into a cup or bowl, arrange desired toppings.

Delicious, but you may need to brush your teeth before you go out after 😉
