Reishi

Reishi Mushroom, also referred to as the Queen Mushroom and Mushroom of Immortality due to its many health benefits and long and storied history of medical uses. A Reishi mushroom is a type of Ganoderma lucidum. It's the largest and most well-known kind of Ganoderma lucidum and originates from the root of a certain type of pine tree in China. Reishi mushrooms (also known as lingzhi) are used in traditional Chinese medicine for healing various health issues like diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, infections and fatigue.*
Lion's Mane
Lion's mane grows on hardwood trees such as conifers in North America and Europe and is one of the most popular types of edible mushrooms consumed around the world. They are prized in traditional Chinese medicine and are now also being investigated for their potential to combat diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, depression, and schizophrenia.*
Cordyceps
Cordyceps help with energy levels and athletic performance due to increase in blood flow, enhanced oxygen use and high levels of antioxidants. They are great for pre- or post- workouts and have been used by professional athletes around the world. In addition, they are anti-inflammatory which helps with heart health and lowering cholesterol.*
Cordyceps is a type of fungus with long, slender white filaments that grow under the skin of caterpillars and other insects. They have been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries to treat respiratory diseases and other conditions. Ancient Tibetan documents say that when "cordies" were first discovered by local tribesmen, they harvested the insect from which it was grown for food.*
Turkey Tail
Turkey Tails, also known as hedgehog mushrooms, belong to the Phallaceae family of fungi. They are a beautiful mushroom that grows on tree trunks and other hardwoods in the fall for about two months. They are typically found in very dry, open areas. Their color is white to gray-brown. In addition to looking like a turkey tail by name, they also resemble the little tail of a chicken when it flops over.*
Chaga
