Shipping policy

Dispatch & delivery

• We dispatch orders twice weekly, excluding holidays.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. after carrier pickup. This transit estimate is separate from the time before dispatch.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

A tracking status of “label created” means the parcel is being prepared; carrier tracking updates begin after pickup. For help with an order or its dispatch timing, email orders@funearthco.com.

Sustainable packaging

At Fun Earth Co., we care about the planet! We use eco-friendly, recyclable, and minimal packaging whenever possible to reduce waste.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact orders@funearthco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as “Delivered.” We recommend shipping to a secure location.
